The route will take participants away from the dam on the tar before they head intothe farm lands and a series of farm roads and jeep tracks. The Berg River Cross Triathlon has been fortunate to gain the support of the Franschhoek Valley and in so doinghas allowed Route Director, Geddan Ruddock, to design a course that will take participants onto privatelyowned land and into areas normally closed to the public leading to a ride that is original as it is going to be fun.The mtb leg finishes back at the transition area at the Berg River Dam, from where the trail run will begin. Please note that the mtb route links up with the Enduroman© South Africa route at about 3.6km into the ride. Please be cognoscente of these endurance athletes and allow them to pass with minimum interference.
