AfricanX Trailrun moves to Boschendal Wine Estate

As part of its 10th anniversary celebrations event organisers are excited to announce that the AfricanX Trailrun presented by ASICS will also boast a new Festival Village in 2018 with the picturesque Boschendal Wine Estate stepping up to the plate as the new home of South Africa’s premier three day stage trail run.  ENTRIES will OPEN on Wednesday, 19 July 2017 and are LIMITED to 350 teams. Makhanya claims gold at Totalsports Women’s Race Durban debut

South African middle- and long-distance runner, Mapaseka Makhanya, returned to her winning ways in Durban on Sunday, 16 July 2017 when she showed her competitors a clean pair of heels in the 10km Totalsports Women’s Race at the Kings Park Athletics Track.  This year the event encourages entrants to ‘Run For Life’ in support of PinkDrive, a Non-Profit Company (NPC) that is committed to improving breast cancer awareness, education, and providing and offering free services to the medically uninsured across South Africa.
