Entries open for Sanlam Cape Mile

Entries are open for the Western Cape’s most exciting open water swim, the Sanlam Cape Mile.  Returning to the Eikenhof Dam at the picturesque Grabouw Country Club on Sunday, 07 February 2016 entrants can choose between an exhilarating

The 29th annual Freshpak Fitness Festival, the Western Cape’s largest multi-sport festival, will take place on Saturday 3 October 2015 in Clanwilliam.
