Cape Town, South Africa – The FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN is offering free running assessments to its entrants attending the Two Oceans Marathon Expo at the CTICC from Wednesday, 01 April 2015 to Friday, 03 April 2015.

The event’s Online Coach, Sean Tait will be conducting these running assessments that will provide insight into running techniques.  “The assessment takes 15 minutes,” says Tait.  “Runners will be required to run on a treadmill for between 1-2 minutes during which I will capture video footage from various different angles, and subsequently assess the runner based on 20 different criteria.  The assessment provides the runner with intricate insight into their own running style. I will be able to give them advice that will enable them to run more efficiently, which ultimately will make them a less injury prone and faster runner.  Runners should ideally bring their running shoes and a pair of shorts”.

Runner’s that have not yet entered the FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN are welcome to sign up for an assessment at a cost of R150. Alternatively enter the FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN at the event stand and qualify for a free assessment, or purchase a pair of PUMA Running shoes from the PUMA stand and receive a free entry into the FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN and claim your free assessment.
