This weekend on Saturday 25 July Century City Canoe Club will host the Hermon – Gouda canoe race sponsored by EnduroHub. The main attraction this year is a Berg River Marathon entry for the overall male and female winners. This is made possible by EnduroHub that is committed to grow the sport we love, let’s give all the support from the paddling community! Other prizes include a R500 cash bridge price for the 1st Junior Boy and 1st Junior Girl at Zonquasdrift.
Loads of lucky draws available at prize giving for attendees which also includes a Starsky FLO pfd. Refreshments will be available at the finish, so please stay after the race and enjoy the price giving with us.

Distance 33 km
Sweeps: There will be sweeps at the back of the race
River Blockages: there are reports of some long hyacinth blocks between Hermon & Zonquas. The river will be tripped on Thursday. Final details posted on the Internet on Friday.
Prize giving will take place 170% of the winners time (±13h15)
