We are well aware of the fact that there are many MTB stage races out there, in fact there are numerous choices every weekend (and most of them are really good options), so what makes this one different?

Our top 3 reasons to enter the Ride2Nowhere in 2015:

  1. We’re not getting bigger…

That’s right! Still the same number of riders as last year, limited to 250, so unlike so many of our favourite MTB races the Ride2Nowhere is staying the same size. Which means no sudden pushing or shoving this year, just the same tranquil space and genuine pleasure of a track that is surrounded by breath taking nature for you to enjoy. We feel that quality trumps quantity!

  1. …we’re just getting better!

Yes, we listen! We have taken a serious look at the feedback from our riders last year. So with the honest feedback from everyone that took part last year, we think we have a few surprises in store this year that will make everyone smile! Such as:

Full “bacon & egss” breakfast, all meals included,

Early evening race briefing so you have more time for “recovery” (or some call it socializing)

Day 1 won’t surprise you with a big hill at the start but it will still be a beautiful ride!

AND we are adding a TRAIL RUN on the Saturday, 12 Sept. for the supporters to enjoy mother nature as well!

  1. #NotJustAnotherStageRace

A relaxed vibe and frinedly atmosphere, we welcome all mountain bikers for a great mountain bike wekeend away! It’s a race, but you race against yourself (or team mates!) There are no cut off times or pressure (we just want everyone to finish and have fun, although if you take too long, you’ll miss out on some serious wine “tasting”) and if you are doubting if you can do it, or have never done a stage race before, we have a short route option that allows for anyone to experience the fun of stage racing (disclaimer, you must be able to ride a mountain bike…on a mountain…at least one time before).

Serious (or not so serious), the event is aimed at having fun, a weekend of MTB but with the family, having a social ride but still doing a honest days’ work in the saddle, but most of all – just enjoying the pleasure of riding your bike on a mountain!
