1000m SwimRun Circuit
Athletes will dice it out over the action-packed SwimRun Circuit that features 3 sprint swims and 4 redline runs. Download the KnockOut Circuit by clicking on the map above.
Seven Age Categories
For fair battles, the racing will be spread across age groups. We have set seven age categories in both Women and Men from under 15 to 100+.
Two Hour Qualifier
To start, all athletes have a 2-hour window in which to set their fastest qualifying time. We encourage you to race the lap multiple times and a cold tip is to go slow on your first lap for course familiarisation. To set your qualifying time, you simply #tapIn at the start and #tapOut at the finish.
Times and positions will be posted in real-time with the top 16 in each age category then progressing to the #KnockOut Rounds at the conclusion of the 2-hour qualification window.
Time doesn’t count here and it’s athlete vs athlete racing in the age category start groups of 4. The top 2 progress and the bottom 2 are KnockedOut. In each age category final, we will see the final four battling it out for the top 3 podium positions.
